biggest culinary event celebrates its 5th year with a lineup of more than 100 local, national and international chefs. The festival starts at the end of summer, when tourism numbers normally dip. Organizers are getting the word out now so local, mainland and international guests can make their travel plans. At the Halekulani, PY KITV4 news. This year nearly a hundred chefs, food vendors and vintners will be participating. Proceeds go to the Hawaii Ag Foundation, the Farm Bureau, and the culinary schools at Leeward, Maui, and Kapiolani Community Colleges.
